About the SingleComm CX for Amazon Connect Integration

Easily deploy the SingleComm CX Agent Desktop to your Amazon Connect instance by using a CloudFormation Template that deploys an AWS Lambda to your Amazon Connect Kinesis Stream. This integration requires that data streaming be enabled on your Amazon Connect instance for both Contact Trace Records and Agent Events.
